The easiest parking space is in the Aldi complex. The secure undercover parking is accessible from Cleveland Street. The first 2 hours are free. 

Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible. 

If your child is unwell, we ask that you, please phone the clinic to reschedule your appointment. If you, your child, or anyone accompanying you to treatment exhibit the following:

  • A fever of 100 o F or over
  • An infectious or communicable disease or illness (i.e. the flu, strep, or chicken pox)
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhoea
  • Obviously ill or not feeling well
  • Mouth sores
  • An unexplained rash
  • Pink or red conjunctivitis (pink eye)
  • Head lice or nits

We work with little bodies, many of which have compromised immune systems. We thank you for respecting all families at Coordinated Kidz.

Sessions run smoother when both the parents and therapists can focus on the patient at hand. If you must bring siblings, they may wait in the waiting area, but must always be supervised by parents. We ask you to keep them off the therapy equipment and refrain from using toys as tempting as our open gym setting is.

Lightweight and comfortable works best. The ideal outfit is a t-shirt, shorts or leggings, and sneakers. Avoid heavy baggy items such as jeans and tracksuit pants.

Crying is normal: We will typically push through when your kids protest, and it really does get better.

Practitioners get sick or need a day off sometimes too. If your therapist happens to be out, we do our best to notify you ahead of time and provide you with an alternative. 

If you can’t make a session, we will do our best to help you make up those hours with a practitioner that is open. Adding on make-up hours to an already long intensive day is not advised. If we can’t make up the hours outside of your intensive or if we don’t have any availability, we will save the funds as a credit to be applied towards your next intensive round or an alternative service. 

All patients and practitioners break for lunch from 12:00 – 12:30pm. Please keep perishable items in the kitchen fridge.

Your kid will be tired, and intensives can be surprisingly taxing on family as well. Strike a balance between fun activities and extra scheduled down time. Getting plenty of rest alongside nutrient rich meals is our best advice to combat mental and physical fatigue.
